Thanks to its orange Fresnel lens and 250 candelas of intensity, the Neoway V16 is visible even in broad daylight.

Ultra-bright LED lighting system with a flashing pattern regulated by the DGT.
Replaceable LR6 battery
Runs on a standard LR6 alkaline battery. Easily replaceable. Delivers over 90 minutes of connected autonomy and 180+ minutes in safe mode.

Royal Decree 159/2021 Enters into Force
2021The Spanish government approves Royal Decree 159/2021, regulating the use of V16 beacons as a replacement for emergency triangles, and setting the conditions for mandatory use and connectivity.
Technical Specifications Developed by the DGT
2022The requirements for connectivity, battery autonomy, visibility, and communication with the DGT 3.0 platform are defined. Only beacons with integrated geolocation and automatic transmission will be valid from 2026.
Start of Official Homologation of Connected Models
2023The first connected V16 beacon models are verified by authorized labs such as IDIADA or LCOE, and the first officially approved units begin to appear.
Launch of Certified Models on the Market
2024Neoway by OSE launches its V16 beacon with integrated connectivity and official certification, anticipating the regulatory shift. Sales begin through retail, online channels, and large accounts.
DGT Awareness Campaigns
